What is Ethnic Weaves and Drapes return policy?
Issues and complaints about any product purchased from Ethnic Weaves and Drapes must be reported within within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not be able to provide you with a refund or an item exchange after 7 days have gone by since you received a delivery from us. If reported within 7 days of receiving the product, the issue/complaint shall be evaluated by our team and return eligibility determined based on circumstances on a case by case basis. An offer to exchange items, of equal value as initially ordered items or a full refund, after deducting shipping expenses on the returned goods, shall be made if after evaluation by our team, it is determined that the item bears a manufacturing defect. Saris and drapes woven on handlooms using natural fibers like cotton and silk are expected to have some imperfections and return requests for such matters will not be entertained. Exceptions for slight mis-matches of colors on posted images and actual product will not be made. Items being returned must be shipped at customer’s expense. We will not be liable/responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. We will not be responsible for packages that are damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for lost returns and we require receipt of the original package and proof of purchase in order to issue refund.
What is the Shipping policy?
We offer free shipping within continental US. All orders are shipped after successful processing of payment, the next business day unless otherwise notified. We use USPS Priority shipping for all orders.
For International orders, shipping is calculated based on location and package weight. Please contact us directly before placing your order. Also, check your country specific rules and regulations related to customs and import duties which may be applicable on top of the final checkout price and its payment shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
How are sales taxes calculated?
Final retail prices on all items are inclusive of Texas sales tax.
